Cancellation Fee

Important Notes

Normally, the "handling fee" and "administrative fee" paid at the time of booking are non-refundable, but as part of our promotional campaign, these fees will be fully refunded.


The refund deadline depends on each airline's policy. It must be requested either within the ticket's validity period or within 30 days from the day after the validity period expires.

*For Skymark (SKY) flights, the deadline is within 10 days.
