Important Notes

  • The "handling charge" and "administration fee" paid at the time of your reservation are non-refundable.
    *Even in the case of cancellations due to flight cancellations or delays, we are unable to issue a refund.
    *Please note that, depending on the airline’s policy, refunds may not be possible even if your flight is cancelled.
  • You can request a refund within 30 days after your ticket expires, depending on the airline’s policy.
    For Skymark (SKY), the deadline is shorter—within 10 days.
