How to Change Your Booking
Depending on the ticket purchased, it may be possible to change the boarding date and time.
You can check whether your reservation can be changed via email or the reservation confirmation page.
The fare at the time of purchase and after the change may differ depending on availability. If there is a fare difference for the new flight, you will need to pay the additional amount.

If the payment deadline passes, the booking will be automatically canceled.
1) Changing Boarding Date and Time
For tickets that are eligible for changes
You will need to complete the process yourself.
Changes can be made via the airline's reservation confirmation page.
To proceed, you'll need the "Reservation Number" and "Confirmation Number" from the "Boarding Procedure Information" email sent after payment.
In some cases, changes cannot be processed online. If that happens, please contact us via the inquiry form.
If the ticket is no eligible for changes
Please cancel your booking and make a new purchase.
One-way tickets can be canceled per passenger. Please note that the standard cancellation fee will apply.

3) Change of Boarding Section
Changes to the boarding section are not possible.
Please cancel your current booking and make a new purchase.

4) Passenger Changes or Addition

Addition of Passenger(s)
You cannot add passengers to a reservation once it has been made.
Please make a new purchase for the same flight.
Adding an Infant to Your Booking
Children under 3 years old (under 2 years old for LCCs) are considered infants by airlines.
Infants may sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
